SHIPPING
Shipping Australia-wide is offered at a fixed rate of $15 and we use Australia Post, or reliable couriers, to ensure your package arrives safely. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Australian public holidays) with shipping originating from Perth, Australia. All prices include GST. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery from custom completion of your order. All deliveries are marked "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE".

La Santé Wellness welcomes stockist inquiries and we ask that you email lasantecandles@outlook.com for further information. To support your inquiry, please include your business philosophy and information and/or pictures of your retail space so we can gain a detailed understanding of your inquiry.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only when candles are received as damaged goods, with dated photo proof of damage upon receipt up to 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned products, including boxes, must be in the condition in which they were sent. Please ensure all boxes are adequately protected when returning as any damage will be the customer's responsibility and may result in a fee. To return items please contact lasantecandles@outlook.com. We cannot make any changes or process the return until we receive the returned goods. All packages must be sent via a trackable method. La Santé Wellness is not responsible for packages lost in transit. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
